Mother's Day Bouquets March 17th

Join me in my brand new flower studio in South Yorkshire and make a seasonal bouquet using beautiful spring flowers sourced from my network of British growers. The workshop will begin with a discussion on preparing flowers and then I will give a demonstration on how to create a beautiful luxurious hand tied bouquet using the spiral technique. You will then select flowers of your choice from the flower bar and I will be on hand to guide you through the process of creating your own bouquet.  Then I will show you how to gift wrap in The Garden of Evie signature style using eco-friendly tissue and kraft paper then finish off with a raffia bow.  Refreshments will be served during the event.  The workshop would be perfect as a Mother's Day gift or for you to come together with your mum/daughter.  There are just six places available so would be lovely to book as a group.

The workshop makes a thoughtful gift and Gift Vouchers are available, either printed or an e-voucher. 

The workshop is suitable for complete beginners, or those who have some floristry skills but just want to spend a few hours doing the flowers with lovely people.  I use British/locally grown foliage & flowers (subject to availability) which are very natural & slightly wild, grown without pesticides or chemicals & a great source of food for pollinators.  It's a very friendly atmosphere and fine to come on your own.

Includes all materials & equipment needed, refreshments and of course your creation is yours to take home to enjoy. Please bring a bucket or vase (placed inside a bucket or box for ease of transport) to take your flowers home so they are not out of water. 

REFUNDS:  As the materials will have been chosen and selected for the class the place is non refundable or transferable - if you are unable to attend due to illness or bad weather I am unable to move you to another workshop date, but if you cannot attend you are welcome to send someone in your place.  If I am able to fill your place then I will issue a refund. 

The workshop needs a minimum of 6 people to run & will be cancelled if this number is not met. In these circumstances you will receive a full refund.

LOCATION: The Garden of Evie Flower Studio is adjacent to Unique Occasions Wedding Venue located in the small village of Loversall on the outskirts of Doncaster, South Yorkshire. It is close to Junction 2 of the M18 and Junction 35 of the A1 motorways. The closest train station is 3.5 miles away in Doncaster. Sheffield train station is 20 miles way and Leeds train station is 35 miles. Let me know if you need any help getting here. 

PARKING: Please park in the carpark opposite the main wedding barn on Rake's Lane Loversall (in front of the sheds-you are in the right car park if you can see a wooden cow and a large clock on the front of the sheds). The postcode for the main barn is DN11 9DD,  Walk down Rake's lane onto Bubup Hill, turn right and then right again. The flower studio will be in front of you on your right hand side.
